Is it a smart move to join mlm? Most folks say MLM won’t make any money, but let’s evaluate the mlm business system with a normal Job and see which is the most profitable move.

So why exactly would anyone want to join the MLM industry? With all the bad publicity that it receives, being branded as one of those ‘pyramid things’, horrific stories of people getting ripped off and so called uplines that just disappear after signing people up. Often when you approach someone with an mlm/network marketing opportunity they are instantly skeptical.

Should anyone join MLM, is it worth it?

Briefly lets have a look at some numbers The large majority of society is working for someone else, building their employers empire and probably will do so until the age of 60-65, in the UK where I am, the annual wage per anum per person averages around £23,800 which equates to around $36K in the US. Undoubtedly there are many folks bringing home more than this but I just want to focus on the averages for now. On the whole you will work around 40 hours each and every week so that your salary keeps coming in.

If we look quickly at the MLM business model. By marketing products and building a team of other people to do the same you are able to create an income for yourself. I am pleased to say that the company I am involved with is 100% ethical and provides products that change people’s lives for the better and allows them to go on to become very successful. For every person I directly sponsor as a customer I earn $45 every month. Even if over the next year I was only able to find 100 new customers then my earnings are going to be $4,500 each month which equates to more than the average wage.

But of course I wouldn’t stop there, I would be looking for 200, 300, 400 and more sales each year. Lets think then if I had 100 people on my frontline team and every time they made a sale I earned $15; let’s say they each only made just one sale, I have then earned an extra $1500 every month. When their team also sells products I also earn 3% of their sales volume. Stop and imagine for a second if you were working with products with a retention rate of 93%, people buy the product month after month and as a result they are empowering their own lives and positioning themselves for massive success.

Can you see the potential?

Also take into consideration that you can now use the internet to build your business, given the technology that is now available. By being a smart marketer you can look forward to increasing residual income cheques month after month. We have the power to contact so many people online and generate so many leads its quite mind blowing.

When it comes to residual income I struggle to think of any other method where this can be created from home. MLM is not some kind of get rich quick scheme so I have been very conservative in my comparison figures. You can make a lot of money with this industry but you need to think and plan long term. There are however folks that earn well over $10K a week in this business. My personal mentor generated over $28,000 in just 2 weeks! (whilst spending most of his time fooling around in the ocean in Costa Rica) I’m sure he won’t have any objection to me telling you that he started his business online about 7 months ago with only a budget of $250!.
